Randi Oakes was born on August 19th, 1951 and started a career as an actress in the 1970's. Her best known role is as "Officer Bonnie Clark" on the television series CHiPs from 1979 to 1982. She also had guest-starring roles on popular shows like McCloud, Barnaby Jones, The Love Boat and Fantasy Island. She also had a recurring role on the original Battlestar Galactica.

Randi married fellow actor Gregory Harrison on December 21st, 1980 and the happy couple have four children. They have three daughters named Emma Lee, Lily Anne and Kate. They also have an adopted son named Quinn Edgar. Randi retired from acting after their first child was born in 1985 to be a full-time mother.
Randi returned to television in 2015 for a series of introductions and interviews for MeTV's weekly CHiPs reruns. The couple currently reside in Southern Oregon.
