The beautiful 30-year-old had her first role in the 2016 film Fair Haven where she starred alongside her father, Gregory Harrison. Lily Anne also had roles in the 2017 film The Year of Spectacular Men where her co-stars were Zoey Deutch and Lea Thompson.

In 2018, Lily appeared in three films: Breaking & Exiting, Sorority Stalker and she starred in the Hallmark Christmas film, Christmas Camp. According to her Instagram, she is an actor and a writer based in Los Angeles, California. Lily Anne has been dating Twilight star Peter Facinelli since he split from actress Jamie Alexander in 2016. Lily Anne and Peter reportedly got engaged a couple of weeks ago in Mexico! What a way to ring in the new year!
