Fran Drescher's (64) husband was Peter Marc Jacobson and he made a significant contribution to the success of The Nanny. However, he was not in front of the camera like his famous wife but worked behind the scenes as a screenwriter.

Unfortunately, however, the relationship did not last this long. The couple separated after 23 years together in 1996 - 1999 they divorced. Only a short time later, Peter Marc Jacobson was revealed to be gay.

From 2011 to 2013 Fran Drescher and her ex-husband even worked together again on the sitcom Happily Divorced. In 2014 Fran Drescher got married for a second time. She married the scientist and politician Shiva Ayyadurai.
Their separation followed in 2016. Since then there has been no news of new love. In an intimate interview with Page Six Fran Drescher revealed that she gets along well being single and revealed piquant bed stories.
"I have my gay ex-husband who I love and he fulfills a lot of needs. I have someone on the side who is a friend with benefits. [We’re] very comfortable with each other and we have our routine," she said. "It’s always the same experience. We really don’t go out, we don’t go to restaurants, we don’t date. What we do, we do great."
However, whoever Fran Drescher's mysterious man is, she has kept to herself.
