Joanna Gaines has made a name for herself thanks to 'Fixer Upper', in which she can be seen together with husband Chip. Many envy the beautiful black-haired woman for her great figure, despite having five children. But what is the secret behind it?
Joanna Gaines focuses on healthy eating. In an interview with 'CountryLiving.com' she reveals that she has a great passion when it comes to breakfast: Eggs!
"I'm a big fan of eggs in the morning, if only for the protein. And my kids love eggs, so we always make some kind of scrambled egg or quiche," says Joanna. In addition, she relies on freshly baked bread and coffee.
For a snack between meals, Joanna prefers a protein bar, trail mix or fruit, according to 'Health'. Her old-fashioned Ranger biscuits with vanilla and coconut extract along with kale chips are just as high on her list of favourites.

As Joanna Gaines and her family have a large garden where they grow their own vegetables, they also like to use them in meals, especially for dinner.
"My kids are not big fans of raw or steamed vegetables, but they love the taste and texture of vegetables when I roast them in the oven," she explains.
Mexican cuisine is also a big personal favourite of hers, she says. She also loves Korean dishes, as she has Korean roots. On her Instagram account, Joanna Gaines is always sharing delicious photos with her fans and also gives tips on cooking on her own cooking show, 'Magnolia Table'.
