Anne Archer was born August 24th, 1947 in Los Angeles to actors John Archer and Marjorie Lord. Anne had her first professional acting job when she was just twenty-four in the TV series Alias Smith and Jones. She had a guest appearance in Little House on the Prairie and starred in twenty-two episodes of Falcon Crest in 1985.
She had her big breakthrough in 1987 when she starred as "Beth Gallagher" alongside Michael Douglas and Glenn Close in the Oscar-nominated thriller Fatal Attraction. She was nominated for an Oscar, a Golden Globe and a BAFTA for her fabulous performance.
