Euphoria's "McKay" is one of the star football players in the HBO drama series, portrayed by the young Algee Smith. However, in real life, Smith has worked up to the top to be the rising star he is. Born on November 7, 1994 in Michigan, Smith and his family would later move to Atlanta, Georgia where he kicked off his acting career. His parents are both in the creative arts industry - his father, a musician, and his mother, a fashion designer - so it's no wonder that Algee wanted to step foot in a similar direction.
Even while Algee Smith began acting, he had already released his first rap demo at the age of 9! By age 20, he packed up his things again to move to Los Angeles, naturally.
