Emma Roberts apologizes to Angelica Ross for transphobic comments during 'AHS' filming
Earlier this week, Angelica Ross revealed that there was a lot of tension during the filming of 'American Horror Story: 1984' between her and Emma Roberts. According to Angelica, Emma made multiple transphobic towards her.
Apparently Emma's comments toward Angelica, which consisted of insults aimed at her voice and her validity as a woman, were not the only instance of the 'AHS' veteran causing problems with co-stars.
In Angelica's initial video about Emma Robert's behaviour, she explained why nothing was done about the drama and tension while filming.
"I’m standing there, she walked away, my blood is boiling. Boiling because I’m like, if I say something, it’s gonna be me that’s the problem. And I know this because there was someone who spoke up about what she was doing and they got repercussions from it. Not her — they did,” Angelica reveals.
After an online uproar, Emma Roberts reached out privately and apparently apologized. Angelica posted on 'X' about the interaction.
“Thank you @RobertsEmma for calling and apologizing, recognizing your behaviour was not that of an ally. I will leave the line open to follow up on your desire to do better and support social justice causes with your platform,” says Angelica.

Glad to hear the air has been cleared between the two. Angelica added one last thing on her post, aimed at her fans: “Let me make something absolutely clear. I appreciate the support but please do not joke about violence towards Emma. Joke about her being held accountable".
