Dua Lipa accidentally referred to Blake Shelton as Gwen Stefani's husband during a recent interview! As Entertainment Tonight shares, the moment came when Lipa was guest hosting Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday, and Stefani didn't hesitate to point out her mistake!
Lipa asks about quarantine with "husband Blake Shelton"
Lipa was talking to Stefani about quarantine when the question came up. She asked Stefani how it was spending time at her "husband Blake Shelton's" ranch in Oklahoma. "Well he's not my husband, but that sounded cool when you said it," Stefani responded, acknowledging Lipa's error in a humorous way.
Stefani then went on to share what life on the ranch with Shelton was like. "We had, like, 15 people. It was really actually a lot of fun at first," she said. "All the sudden work is over and you just get to indulge on being on this ranch." The singer and coach on The Voice then went on to talk about some of the exciting things she got to experience at the ranch!
"Every day was a new thing," she revealed. "Like, 'A baby armadillo today!' Or 'We got baby wild hogs!' Everything turned into, like, learning how to cook sourdough bread like everybody else in the world. We just had a lot of fun." While Stefani and Shelton may not be in any rush to get married, they did recently team up for a new song together called "Happy Anywhere"!
