"Toosie Slide" joins Drake's singles "God's Plan" and "Nice for What," which also debuted at no.1 back in February 2018 and April 2018, respectively. Now he matches Mariah Carey's achivement, who debuted three number 1 songs on the same chart between 1995 and 1997.
Drake is isolating himself in style
As of today Drake's new video for "Toosie Slide" has more than 31 million views on YouTube. It features shots of the desolate streets of Toronto, Drake's hometown, with no cars or pedestrians to be seen, except of the rapper.
