- Zach and Tori Roloff had a new baby in April
- Their first two children both have dwarfism
- The LPBW stars say baby Josiah also has dwarfism
Zach and Tori Roloff from Little People, Big World welcomed their third child on April 30. Ever since, the couple has been posting great photos of baby Josiah Roloff. But Zach and Tori have now shared an important update on their son.
Little People, Big World: Does Josiah Roloff have dwarfism?
Zach Roloff is one of the LPBW stars with achondroplasia — a type of dwarfism. Both of his first two children, Jackson, 5, and Lilah, 2, were born with the condition. Now, Zach and Tori say baby Josiah also has achondroplasia.
But Zach and Tori want to make one thing clear: the condition does not define their son. Speaking to Us Weekly, Zach Roloff explained: "He's Josiah. He has achondroplasia, but he's not, like, Josiah the achondroplasia."
The thoughtful parents added that it is "so normal" for them, given the history with achondroplasia in the family. Zach was born with the condition to parents Matt and Amy Roloff, both of whom have forms of dwarfism.
How many Roloffs have dwarfism?
Of Matt and Amy Roloff's four children, Zach is the only one affected by the condition, even though he has a twin brother. He is also the only one to have children with achondroplasia, which is hereditary.
Baby Josiah Roloff arrived on April 30 and will turn 4 weeks old on the weekend. Tori Roloff gave birth to her son via C-section, which is common for babies with dwarfism.

However, because it was her third C-section birth, Tori admitted that she dealt with extreme pain in the days after.
But the family is now home and getting back to everyday life. The Roloff reality series Little People, Big World also began its new season this month.
