You probably know her as Dido, but the singer's beautiful full name is Dido Florian Cloud de Bounevialle O'Malley Armstrong. The music star was born in Kensington, England, in 1971 and has been active in the music industry for more than two decades. She came to prominence especifically in the late 1990's after releasing her first album No Angel in 1999, which features some of her most popular songs like Here With Me and Thank You, which was sampled by the American rapper Eminem in his song Stan, a collaboration with her.
In 2003 Dido released her second album Life for Rent and continued her success with top tracks like White Flag. Her first two albums are among the best-selling albums in UK chart history, as well as in the top 10 best-selling albums of the 2000's, also in the UK. Dido's third album Safe Trip Home was released five years later -in 2008- and although it was positively received, it was not commercially successful as her previous works.

At some point of her career, the MTV Europe Music award-winner took a break in order to raise her son, but made a comeback in 2013 and released her fourth album Girl Who Got Away, and reappeared on stage reuniting with Eminem at the 2013 Reading and Leeds Festival.
Only a couple of months ago -in March 2019- Dido released her most recent album Still on My Mind, and surprised all of her fans all over the world by announcing her first tour in 15 years in support of her new work! Her upcoming tour dates include performances across Latin America in Argentina, Brazil, and Mexico, as well as in Europe in Switzerland, Poland, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Ireland, and the United Kingdom.
