You'd never recognize a young Ted Danson! He used to be a real sight for sore eyes, with thick, brown hair and no glasses. One thing that has remained constant though is his acting talent, and he has an impressive resumé to prove it!
Ted Danson: A Very Successful Acting Career
Danson was catapulted into the spotlight in 1982 when he starred in the series Cheers. In the following years, he appeared in numerous films, including Made in America and Homegrown. In 1998 he played one of the lead roles alongside Matt Damon and Tom Hanks in the blockbuster hit Saving Private Ryan, directed by Steven Spielberg. He has even been awarded his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame!

Danson starred on CSI: Las Vegas from 2011 until 2015. In the series he plays fatherly supervisor "D.B. Russell" who helps solve complicated cases, whilst remaining cool and calm. Any CSI: Las Vegas fan will tell you that Ted Danson was born to play "D.B. Russell"!
Ted Danson: Where is he now?
In 2015, Danson had a great guest role in the FX hit show Fargo and also reprised his role as "D.B. Russell" on CSI: Cyber for a short while. Ever since 2016 he's been starring on the popular comedy show The Good Place, alongside the beautiful Kristen Bell. These days, Ted Danson is looking as good as ever!
