Lola Glaudini was born on November 24th, 1971 in New York. She attended Bard College and when she was younger, starred in the drama Demonology at the Mark Taper Forum and she won a Drama-Logue Award for Best Actress.
Lola Glaudini's roles before Criminal Minds
Between 2001 and 2004 Glaudini had a recurring role on The Sopranos as Federal Agent "Deborah Ciccerone-Waldrup". In 2005 she was a regular on Criminal Minds as "Elle Greenaway", but left the show early in the second season. Before those series, she appeared on NYPD Blue as "Dolores Mayo", a heroin-addicted office assistant.
She has also starred in The Good Guys, The King of Queens, Andy Richter Controls the Universe, Boomtown, Special Unit 2, Law and Order: Criminal Intent, Las Vegas, Monk, and ER. In the 2006 film Invincible, Glaudini had a role as the first wife of "Vince Papale", played by Mark Wahlberg. She played "Kat Damatto" in Unknown in 2010.

Glaudini moved on to guest roles in shows such as Law & Order: SVU, White Collar, Castle, and Revenge and eventually got a recurring as "Captain Shaddid" role in the popular series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. from 2016 until 2018. Since 2018, she has been starring as "Anita Novak" in Ray Donovan alongside Liev Schreiber.
These days, Glaudini lives in Brooklyn with her husband, Stuart England, and their two sons. Glaudini and England got married in 2005 and their sons are named Montaigne and Valentino. Glaudini regularly posts on her Instagram, often of her cute little dog, although she is not verified.
