In the clip, a very pregnant and glowing Ciara shot blue powder into the air revealing it will be a boy!
Wilson, Ciara, and son Future jump for joy, while the little Sienna isn't so impressed.
The singer announced her pregnancy back in January, posting a stunning photo of herself to Instagram.
This will be Wilson's second child with the star, as Future, 5, is from Ciara's previous relationship with the rapper Future.
