Chad Michael Murray got his start as "Rory Gilmore's" rich and spoiled love interest "Tristan" on the hit show Gilmore Girls. He then went on to score the leading role of heartthrob "Lucas Scott" on the WB's most successful show One Tree Hill for a total of 6 seasons!

While the 38-year-old stole the hearts of many ladies on TV, his heart was always meant for real life actress and model, Sarah Roemer!

Sarah Roemer is also quite the romantic on the big screen! She is best known for starring alongside Shia LaBeouf in 2007's thriller Disturbia, for which the onscreen couple were nominated for an MTV Award for Best Kiss!

You may also recognize the now 35-year-old Sarah from her modeling career with appearances in magazines including GQ, Cosmopolitan, and Esquire! The gorgeous model and actress finally met the love of her life in 2014, while starring alongside him on the TV series Chosen.
