It all started when the two young singers met back in 2014 at a music event, where they really hit it off. Sources says that the two had an immediate chemistry between them that was difficult for anyone to ignore. Many rumors followed the two as they were spotted together on occasion, although nothing about a relationship had been confirmed just yet.
That all changed in 2019 when the couple officially announced their relationship publicly. Fans were ecstatic to see two of the hottest names in music get together, and it all seemed to be going really well for the two pop superstars!

But unfortunately, this past Wednesday the couple decided to call it quits. They both took to Cabello's Instagram stories to let fans know what had happened between them in a joint statement.
It read simply: “Hey guys, we’ve decided to end our romantic relationship but our love for one another as humans is stronger than ever - We started our relationship as best friends and will continue to be best friends. We so appreciate your support from the beginning and moving forward.”
By the looks of things, the breakup was amicable and perhaps there's hope that they might get together again in the future. But it is certainly nice to see a Hollywood romance end on positive terms for a change!
