Britney Spears recently had a bit of fun when she recreated a viral video! On Thursday, Spears took to Instagram to share her and boyfriend Sam Asghari's attempts at recreating a TikTok trend that uses one of her hit songs in a humorous way!
Spears calls Asghari "the man that always makes me laugh"
Spears took to Instagram to post the hilarious video, which begins with her standing in the shower while wearing a bathrobe. She's then seen dancing to her hit track "Toxic" for a few seconds as it plays in the background, before smearing her face on the glass at the end of the clip!
It was then Asghari's turn to get in on the fun, as Spears shared a second video that featured her boyfriend attempting to recreate the routine himself! "Happy birthday to the man that always makes me laugh !!!!!" the singer wrote along with her post. "Who did it better ????"
Asghari speaks out against Spears' conservatorship
Spears' boyfriend has also been by her side during her ongoing conservatorship battle. As Entertainment Tonight mentions, Asghari recently chose to speak out against Spears' father Jamie, saying that he has "zero respect for someone trying to control our relationship and constantly throwing obstacles in our way."
Several celebrities have voiced their support for Spears following the release of the recent documentary about the embattled singer. Bette Midler, Drew Barrymore, and Paris Hilton are just some of the stars who have spoken out. Lance Bass also came to Spears' defense earlier this year, saying that people "should listen to her."
