The series Boy Meets World follows the fictional life of eleven-year-old "Cory Matthews" who lives in Philadelphia with his family. The show's main focus is on his problems as a teenager and those of his friend "Topanga", who is played by Danielle Fishel (43).

Danielle was just twelve when the series started and became an overnight star. The end of the series did not mean the end of her career however, she is still a very in-demand actress today. She has appeared in countless TV series and films over the last twenty years.

Danielle Fishel is still successful 

She starred in the 2003 film Dorm Daze and played the same role in the film's sequel in 2006. She was a special correspondent for The Tyra Banks Show and moderated The Dish from 2008 to 2011.

Danielle went back to her roots to play "Topanga" again from 2014 to 2017 in Girl Meets World, a sequel to Boy Meets World. It follows the life of "Riley Matthews", "Cory" and "Topanga's" daughter. This time around Danielle Fishel is no longer a teenager and instead plays "Riley's" mother. Her husband "Cory" is also played by the original actor who played him, Ben Savage.

Danielle Fishel's Personal Life

The actress married Tim Belusko in 2013, however they separated in 2016. Since then, she has been married to American writer Jensen Karp since 2018. She has one son born on June 24th, 2019 named Adler and she remains very active on social media!
