- Bill Maher is an American comedian
- He is best know for 'Real Time With Bill Maher'
- THIS is what he said about 'Barbie'
Bill Maher has taken political panel shows to a whole new level with his HBO hit show 'Real Time With Bill Maher.' The show has become a beacon of sanity in a world that seems crazier and crazier. But Bill's critics are taking a fresh new shot at him after his opinion on the world famous 'Barbie' movie finally came out. Maher is know for speaking out against radical feminism and the demonization of men in the West, and for him, the film is just another example of all that!
Bill is not happy again
Bill took a sledgehammer to the movie for being "preachy, man-hating, and a #ZombieLie" in a post to X, formerly known as Twitter, this past Monday. "What is a Zombie Lie?" Maher rhetorically asked. "Something that never was true, but certain people refuse to stop saying it (tax cuts for the rich increase revenues, e.g.); OR something that USED to be true but no longer is, but certain people pretend it's still true," he then explained.
Also interesting:
He went off on the movie's depiction of the Mattel board as "consisting of 12 white men" in a clear dig at "The Patriarchy." This is what he concluded:
"Except there's a Mattel board in real life, and it's 7 men and 5 women. OK, not perfect even-steven, but not the way the board IN THE MOVIE - which takes place in 2023 - is portrayed. And not really any longer deserving of the word ‘patriarchy.’ Yes, there was one, and remnants of it remain - but this movie is so 2000-LATE."
Elon Musk chimed in and agreed with: "Why do they keep pushing these lies?" But A staff writer for 'The Blaze' corrected Maher. "It actually appears that the Mattel board has 11 members: 6 men and 5 women."
The fact is, the movie continues to divide critics online, and sadly, like everything else in Hollywood, it's officially become politicized!
