American actress Mindy Sterling was born July 11, 1953 and by the time she was 20 had landed a reoccurring role on children's series Dusty's Treehouse. She followed this part with a number of films including The Devil and Max Devlin (1981) and Man of the Year (1995).
Despite starring in a number of films, it wouldn't be until 1997 that Mindy would begin to be noticed for her work. Taking on the part of German attack and defense specialist "Frau Farbissina" in the Austin Powers film series would finally bring Mindy the praise she deserved!

Mindy Sterling would star as "Frau Farbissina" in all three films of the Austin Powers series opposite Canadian actor Mike Myers! Audiences in the world fell in love with the diminutive and domineering character, and the role would thrust Mindy into the spotlight for years to come!

Following her time as "Frau Farbissina", Mindy would go on to star in a number of television series including animated series Chowder and Disney channel sitcom A.N.T. Farm.

Mindy Sterling, now 68, has continued to appear in the spotlight, with her most recent performances in 2018 comedy film All About Nina and as the voice of "Mrs. Sneedly" on The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants web series. You can catch her in three upcoming films this year as well!
In her personal life, Mindy has overcome even more challenges. In addition to going through a divorce with her ex-husband, musician Brain Gadson, and being a breast cancer survivor, Mindy has also been a wonderful mother to her autistic son Max (27) and encouraged him to begin a career in stand-up comedy. With a million-dollar smile, Mindy is truly an inspiration for women everywhere!
