It looks like the pop star, who's known for her signature sleek high ponytail, has decided to ditch her famous 'do in favour of her rarely-seen dark curls while self-isolating. "get a load a dis," Grande captioned the surprising selfie, which she shared on Twitter.
In the picture, Grande can be seen looking at the camera while resting her hand on her chin, with her mass of flowing curly hair on full display. Of course, people were quick to comment on the star's new look... including Grande's own mother!

Grande had many Twitter users comment on the photo to tell her how much they loved seeing her natural hair, with fans and other celebrities sharing their love. One of the people gushing about the look happened to be her own mother, Joan! Not long after Grande posted the photo, Joan shared some sweet comments.
"your natural hair/curls is a world of its own… a magnificent beauty you are inside and out/ made up or natural … I love you…" she said in one of her replies to the selfie her daughter tweeted. She also made a second reply, where she called Grande's natural look "Beyond stunning".
