She comes from a wealthy family. Her father was Myron Shevell, who built up a large trucking company in the US. Nancy worked there herself for some time, holding her own in a male-dominated industry.
In 2020, however, the company went out of business after filing for bankruptcy. Today, she is a businesswoman for the family-owned Shevell Group, a transportation conglomerate with several transport and logistics companies.
