92-year-old Barbara Eden is best known for her role as "Jeannie" in 'I Dream of Jeannie', in which she appeared from 1965 to 1970.

The star has also an interesting love life to take a look at. In 1958 he married 'Broken Arrow' actor Michael Ansara, who was previously married to the 'Patty Duke Show' actress Jean Byron.
One day, Eden and Ansara were supposed to have dinner and then attend a birthday party. However, when they noticed chemistry between them was great, they simply spent time together and didn't make it to the birthday bash. She wrote in her 2011 memoir 'Jeannie Out of the Bottle': "From the moment Michael and I sat down we didn't stop talking. We never did make it to the Halloween party."

On August 29, 1965 Barbara and Michael welcomed son Matthew. Sadly, the latter passed away in 2001 at age 35 of an accidental heroin overdose.
In a 2021 interview with 'People' the actress opened up about her tragic loss and remembered her son with love. She said: "When Matthew was clean and sober, he was such a beautiful human being, inside and out. Drugs are inexplicable. It's so frustrating."

Barbara and Michael's relationship eventually fell apart and they ended up divorcing in 1974.
In 1971 the actress gave birth to a stillborn baby. She then struggled with severe emotional issues, which she has credited to be what made her marriage end. She once told 'The Sydney Morning Herald': "My deep depression destroyed our relationship and after 15 years together we divorced."

Later on, in 1977, Barbara Eden married 'The Chicago Sun-Times' advertising chief Charles Fegert. In an interview with 'The Sydney Morning Herald' she recalled how their first encounter went. She said: "When I met Chuck Fegert in 1977 I was lonely. He was handsome, intelligent and initially loads of fun."
The couple, however, divorced in 1982. She detailed part of their turbulent relationship in her 2011 memoir by writing: "Back in Chicago, Chuck still wanted to promote his playboy image, despite the fact that he now had a wife. He then became abusive, so I left."

In 1991 the 'I Dream of Jeannie' actress found love again and married American realtor and architect Jon Eicholtz. As of 2024, the couple are still together.
As for Michael Ansara, he passed away on July 31, 2013 in his Calabasas home. The 'Star Trek' actor died at age 91 from complications of Alzheimer's.
