- Al Pacino had a child at 83
- The mother is Noor Alfallah
- She is now filing for child custody
It has been reported this week that Pacino's ex-girlfriend Noor Alfallah is asking a court to give her physical custody of their infant son, paving the way for her to start collecting child support right away. According to documents obtained by 'The Blast', she filed a petition to determine to parental relationship for her 3-month-old son, Roman Alfallah Pacino.
The reason seems to be Pacino's advanced age. In the filing, Noor demands full physical custody, with "reasonable visitation" given to Pacino. The good news is she agrees to give Pacino joint legal custody, which allows him to be involved in major decisions like schooling, medical treatment, and religion. This means he will still be involved as a parent.
Al and Noor are settling amicably
Her petition also had a one-page document called a "voluntary declaration of parentage" signed by both parties. The document simply means that Pacino is, in fact, the biological father of the child. For all you conspiracy theorists, Noor told the court that she had "sexual intercourse " with the baby's father in this state, which resulted in "conception" of the child. She is also asking the court to oblige Pacino to pay for any attorney fees or costs associated with the legal proceeding.
Child support amounts haven't been worked out yet. "The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party," the document reads.

For the Academy Award-winning actor, this is his fourth child. Pacino shares 22-year-old twins with ex Beverly D'Angelo and an older daughter with ex-girlfriend Jan Tarrant.
In his illustrious career, he has dated several other celebrities including Diane Keaton and Penelope Ann Miller. "Pacino and Noor started seeing each other during the pandemic. She mostly dates very rich older men, she was with Mick Jagger for a while, and then she dated Nicholas Berggruen," said 'Page Six'.
So far, there is no evidence that Al Pacino is fighting this in any way. It's likely that the actor's age is a major factor in his decision to agree to her terms. As the outlet reports, Al Pacino and Noor are still romantically involved despite her filing for full custody.
"Al and Noor have successfully worked together and have mutually reached agreements regarding their child, Roman," Pacino’s rep tells 'Page Six' exclusively. "They are still together."
