Al Pacino ordered to pay $30k a month in child support
Hollywood legend Al Pacino (83), and his girlfriend, Noor Alfallah (29), have reached a mutual agreement on the custody and support of their 4-month-old son, Roman. The court documents, obtained exclusively by 'People', reveal the intricate details of this high-profile arrangement.
The couple has agreed to share legal custody of their young son. However, Alfallah, the petitioner in this case, will retain primary physical custody of Roman. Pacino, on the other hand, has been granted "reasonable rights of visitation with and access to Roman".
In a modern twist, the agreement also states that the non-custodial parent (presumably Pacino) will maintain contact with Roman via telephone or FaceTime when the child is in the other's custody. This arrangement is set to continue until Roman can engage in such contact independently.
The child support agreement acknowledges that Pacino has "voluntarily paid varying amounts... both prior to and after Roman's birth". As of September, the Oscar-winning actor is obligated to pay a hefty $30,000 a month in child support!

The agreement also outlines Pacino's commitment to Roman's future. Starting in 2023, Pacino will contribute $15,000 annually to a 529 account established on Roman's behalf for future educational costs.
Despite the legal wrangling, Pacino and Alfallah, who welcomed their son in June and have been linked since April 2022, confirmed they are still together. A source close to the couple revealed that Pacino "is happy" in his relationship with Alfallah and their age difference "isn't a major issue for them".
