Al Pacino ordered to pay $30k each month in child support
After making headlines earlier this year with the arrival of their son, Roman (5mo), Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have come to an agreement about their custody and child support arrangements.
Court documents filed on November 2nd reveal that Alfallah will be given primary custody, while Pacino will receive visitation rights. According to court documents, Pacino also agreed to pay Alfallah monthly child support of $30,000, based on his reported $2.5 million annual income.
'Fox News' reports that the amount is subject to change based on major fluctuations in the actor's income. According to the couple's agreement, the most Pacino would have to pay in a single month would be $90,000. The agreement also reportedly stipulates that Pacino will provide their son with health insurance and cover all medical bills.

According to the documents, the amount agreed upon was reached"in the interests of a peaceful resolution and consistent with their desire to maintain an amicable relationship for the best interest of their minor child".
'Fox News' also reports that the couple said just last week that they are still in a relationship but living in separate residences. They welcomed their first child together in June. Roman is Alfallah's first child and Pacino's fourth.
