• Nigel Lythgoe has been accused of sexual assault again
  • This follows Paula Abdul's public accusations last week
  • THESE are the new details from the second claimant

There must be some sort of an evil curse in Hollywood or something. The entertainment industry is once again reeling from bombshell accusations as Nigel Lythgoe, the famed British television executive and producer, finds himself at the center of a scandalous legal battle.

And once again, reports are swirling with claims of alleged sexual assault, sending shockwaves through Hollywood and beyond.

Nigel has a lot of explaining to do

Two brave former contestants of the 2003 talent show 'All American Girl' have stepped forward, filing a lawsuit that paints a disturbing picture of the TV mogul's behavior.

According to TMZ and 'Deadline', the accusers were identified as Jane Doe K.G. and Jane Doe K.L. while Lythgoe, 74, was listed as John Roe N.L. These women allege that Lythgoe "openly groped" them during the show's filming and didn't stop his advances even after the cameras stopped rolling.

Imagine the horror as they recount him invading their dressing rooms, hands wandering inappropriately over their dance costumes!

The plaintiffs claim that Lythgoe lured them back to his Los Angeles home after a post-show party, where he reportedly made uninvited sexual advances.

According to the documents, the two women claim he would repeatedly turn up in their dressing rooms and "openly swatted and groped" their bottoms while they were wearing dance costumes. On top of all that, the women also allege that he took both of them back to his home in L.A. after the show's finale, where he is said to have made unwanted sexual advances on them.

One woman describes a chilling encounter where Lythgoe "engulfed her in his sweater" in an attempt to steal a kiss, while the other recounts being pinned against a grand piano, his tongue allegedly forcing its way into her mouth.

This is just the latest chapter in an horrific book of abuse and allegations in Hollywood. The world is still reeling from the infamous #MeToo scandal that saw so many powerful figures in the entertainment industry exposed for terrible assault and abuse stories. Since then, there has been a reckoning against abusers in Hollywood with more and more victims coming forward in time.

Point and case being the Nigel Lythgoe saga that has a new horrible chapter to write.

And then there's Paula

Adding fuel to the fire, US singer and former 'American Idol' judge Paula Abdul has also launched a legal strike against Lythgoe. Abdul's lawsuit details multiple instances of assault, including a harrowing episode in an elevator and a supposed professional meeting at his home that took an unsavory turn.

Abdul's courage in coming forward has shed light on a dark side of the industry, revealing a pattern of alleged abuse spanning years.

Despite the mounting allegations, Lythgoe has vehemently denied any wrongdoing. He expressed shock at Abdul's claims, maintaining that their relationship was strictly platonic. Yet, the lawsuit suggests a more sinister side, accusing Lythgoe of "taunting" Abdul with a phone call about the statute of limitations on her claims.

Also interesting:

"For more than two decades, Paula and I have interacted as dear — and entirely platonic — friends and colleagues," he stated. "Yesterday, however, out of the blue, I learned of these claims in the press and I want to be clear: not only are they false, they are deeply offensive to me and to everything I stand for."

He continued, "While Paula’s history of erratic behavior is well known, I can’t pretend to understand exactly why she would file a lawsuit that she must know is untrue. But I can promise that I will fight this appalling smear with everything I have."

The entertainment world watches with bated breath as these legal battles unfold. Will justice be served? Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story!
