Bruce Willis's wife Emma: "My family's needs above my own"
Speaking to The Bump, Bruce Willis's wife Emma reveals: "I put my family's needs above my own, which I found does not make me any kind of hero.
"That amount of care for everyone else within my household had taken a toll on my mental health and overall health, and it served no one in my family."

At a certain point, Emma just doesn't have the strength to be there for others. "Someone told me not long ago that when you over-care for someone, you end up under-caring for yourself," says Emma.
For this reason, she is trying to also make time for herself. For her this includes, above all, exercise. "It's important to find that one thing that makes you feel good and build from there," explains Bruce's wife Emma Heming.
In March, Bruce Willis was diagnosed with the language disorder aphasia. According to the Mayo Clinic, aphasia can affect one's ability to speak and understand others.
