Shia LaBeouf Charged With Petty Theft And Misdemeanor Battery
The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office charged Shia LaBeouf yesterday for "allegedly using force and violence against a man" and stealing his hat, per the Los Angeles Times. The alleged scuffle started from a verbal argument to a more physical one, according to TMZ.
The 34-year old LaBeouf has also been arrested back in 2014 for disorderly conduct, as well as in 2015 for public intoxication and a DUI in 2008.
More recently, in July 2017, LaBeouf was arrested for public drunkenness, obstruction, and disorderly conduct. After this particular incident, Shia attended rehab and exposure therapy, which brought up past traumas and inspired him to make the film Honey Boy. Let's see what Shia's next steps are...
