• Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan used to live in the UK
  • While they were there, they had a favourite Christmas tree shop
  • Learn more about it here

Back when Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan were dating, they were spotted at a London high-end Christmas tree shop located at Battersea Park, where they reportedly held hands while carrying their new Christmas tree -a 6ft non-drop Norman Fir- back to their car.

According to Express, that place is the Duke and Duchess' favourite Christmas tree shop. The beautiful place they visited in 2016 before being husband and wife is called Pines & Needles. It seems not only the Duke and Duchess of Sussex enjoy doing Christmas shopping there, in fact Madonna, Sir Elton John, and English band Oasis lead singer Noel Gallagher, are on the list of celebrity clients at Pine & Needles.

What else do we know about Harry and Meghan's favourite Christmas tree shop?

According to its website, Pines & Needles is a British brand with Scottish heritage, also known as the "Christmas Tree Specialists." It has more than 20 stores across London, and it is considered to be the Premier Christmas Tree Grower and Retailer in London and the South of England. Pines & Needles is best known for including porcelain in the decorations of the trees they offer, as well as hand-painted classical Christmas designs, and cheerful festive characters to compliment.

The British retailer Pines & Needles offers to deliver, install and decorate a 6ft tree for shoppers during festive periods, which we are sure is something quite appealing for the royal couple, since they usually had very busy schedules full of royal engagements!

Harry and Meghan have a very special thing in common with their favourite Christmas tree shop

One thing the store has in common with Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan is that it has been doing charity work for a really long time. In 2018, for instance, the store helped the Cambodian social enterprise HDLF (Human-Resource Development & Language Foundation) to employ teacher trainees and give them full university scholarships!
