When Beverly D’Angelo was cast as "Ellen Griswold" in the first of the four Vacation films, she probably had no idea that she would be acting alongside the great Chevy Chase and would become an overnight sensation. Born on November 15, 1951, in Ohio, Beverly D'Angelo is still quite successful today!
Beverly D'Angelo: Her Successful Career
Beverly D’Angelo's repertoire is not limited to the iconic "Ellen Griswold", however. She has also appeared in a number of other films and TV shows. Her role in the 1980 TV musical Nashville Lady earned her a Golden Globe nomination and she won an Emmy for her performance in the TV movie A Streetcar Named Desire for "most accomplished actress".
Age has been kind to Beverly, her blonde locks still look great and it's no surprise that Al Pacino dated the gorgeous Beverly from 1996 to 2003. They have two children together, but, Beverly is reportedly single these days. She was married to Don Lorenzo Salviati from 1981 to 1995.

In recent years, she’s had a recurring role on the HBO hit show Entourage playing "Barbara Miller", a quick-witted and tough talent agent in Hollywood and she even played "Ellen Griswold" again in the 2015 Vacation sequel.
