Eugenie, who is ninth in line to the British throne, met her fiancé Jack Brooksbank seven years ago in Verbier, Switzerland and they have been together ever since. Jack kept things traditional by giving Eugenie a ring that is very similar to the one which her father, Prince Andrew, gave to her mother, Sarah, Duchess of York. The simple gold band features a pink oval padparadascha sapphire edged by sparkling diamonds.
The Wedding
We are in for a treat, as the wedding will take place in St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle (yes, that's the same one Harry and Meghan got married in!). Following in her cousin Harry's footsteps (or should we say carriage wheel tracks), Eugenie and Jack will take a short ride around Windsor after the ceremony.
There have been numerous discussions about what Eugenie's title will be after she is married, but, according to the BBC, she "will keep her royal title when she marries Mr Brooksbank", although she could take his surname and call herself HRH Princess Eugenie Brooksbank. Whichever title she picks, we wish the happy couple all the best for the future!
