From portraying "McSteamy" in Grey's Anatomy to playing himself in Family Guy, Eric Dane has appeared in various roles since ending his time at the hospital. In 2017, Dane had a lead role in the drama film, Grey Lady (and no, not related to "Meredith Grey"!), as well as appearing in another medical series, Private Practice (2009-2010).

His next main role was in The Last Ship, an action-drama series, in which he starred for the entire duration of its 5 seasons. Dane's most recent work has been in the popular HBO show, Euphoria.

In Euphoria, Dane plays the father of "Nate" who ultimately is always hiding secrets from his family. Euphoria stars Zendaya and even has Drake listed as an executive producer of the show!
