When Elf was released in 2003, many of the stars rose to fame following the success of the hilarious Christmas film. Starring Will Ferrell as "Buddy" the elf (raised in the North Pole with all the other elves) who is on a quest to find his real dad in New York City during the holiday season once he realizes he is not a real elf. Daniel Tay retreated from the public eye
Daniel Tay starred in 5 other works after his role in Elf. Among those are Doogal (2006), Beer League (2006), Bully (2006), Brooklyn Rules (2007) and Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony (2009). Two of those five roles are voice roles in video games. Since 2009, the now 32-year-old has retreated from the public eye and unfortunately not much else is known about him.
