  • But even THIS is causing a stir

Prince William (42) recently served Christmas dinner to the homeless at The Passage charity in London, making a memorable impression not only through his energetic support but also with his new beard look.

In a video shared on Instagram, William is seen wearing a white apron over a blue sweater, handing out meals and engaging in conversations with those in attendance.

Prince William, who had previously visited the charity as a child with his mother, Princess Diana (†36), showed his deep commitment during the visit.

He served carrots and parsnips, taking the time to connect with the people present. The video’s caption reads, "A sincere thank you to all the @passagecharity volunteers working tirelessly to support those experiencing homelessness, especially during the festive season."

Commitment inspired by Princess Diana

Princess Diana introduced Prince William to the issue of homelessness at an early age. In an ITV documentary, William shared how visits to The Passage left a lasting impact on him.

"I must have been eleven, maybe ten years old. I'd never seen anything like it before and I was a bit scared about what to expect," he recalled.

These early experiences have motivated William to continue his work advocating for the homeless. He has been the official patron of The Passage charity since 2019.

William's beard also causes a stir

Prince William's new beard has been drawing attention since the summer. He debuted the look in a video for the 2024 Paris Olympics, where it quickly became a topic of conversation.

While the reactions were overwhelmingly positive, his daughter, Princess Charlotte, was initially less impressed. "Charlotte didn't like it the first time. I got floods of tears, the first one I got tears, so I had to shave it off," William confessed in an interview. However, he eventually won her approval and now proudly sports the beard.
