Holland and Zendaya's Relationship Journey
Tom Holland and Zendaya's recent outing in Boston has caught the attention of fans and media alike. On November 24, Holland shared a series of Instagram Stories showcasing the couple enjoying a night out at the Foxhole bar.
The Marvel star, who has been open about his sobriety journey, was there to promote his non-alcoholic beer, Bero, which he launched in October 2024.
In a video shared with his followers, Holland enthusiastically announced, "Hey, what’s up guys? Exciting stuff, I’m heading out to a bar to go and have my first Bero in the wild." Zendaya made a playful appearance in the clip, adding to the delight of their fans.
In the past, Holland detailed his struggles with alcohol in the past, speaking out in July 2023 about his sobriety of more than one year at the time. The actor shared during the July 10 episode of the 'On Purpose with Jay Shetty' podcast that his journey to sobriety did not come easy.
"All I could think about was having a drink. That’s all I could think about. I was waking up thinking about it. I was checking the clock, when’s it 12 p.m.?" Holland said at the time.
The couple's relationship has been a subject of interest since they met on the set of 'Spider-Man: Homecoming in 2016'. Rumors of romance swirled for years until a public display of affection in July 2021 confirmed their status as a couple. Holland has spoken candidly about the challenges of maintaining privacy in their relationship.
In a 2021 interview with 'GQ', he expressed, "One of the downsides of our fame is that privacy isn’t really in our control anymore, and a moment that you think is between two people that love each other very much is now a moment that is shared with the entire world ... We sort of felt robbed of our privacy."
